Très bon séjour. La maison est fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire. La piscine chauffée très agréable. La literie est bonne. Bien situéeSeul petit bémol les travaux qui se font à côté mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé durant le week-end juste le dernier jour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Franck et Claire. Nous y avons été accueillis par Éric, très sympathique, disponible et efficace.La maison est belle et très agréable, bien conçue, elle invite à la détente. Elle est propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine.Balades à vélo pour découvrir l’île, plage, jeux et autres bons moments en famille…un super week-end de l’Ascension à St Denis d’Oléron.

L’accueil de la société de nettoyage et lors de la remise des clés très bien organisé et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Wunderschön mit Mängeln bei der Sauberkeit

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen Anwesen sehr genossen. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich bei Sauberkeit und Pflege gibt es dringend Nachholbedarf, sonst dürfte das noch recht neue Haus sehr bald nicht mehr zumutbar sein. Von der in Aussicht gestellten Entschädigung haben wir auch auf Nachfrage leider nichts mehr gehört und gesehen.

Maison et prestation conformes à l’annonce. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires et maison confiée à une entreprise de conciergerie très professionnelle qui a répondu à nos demandes et a été très réactive (manque de serviettes, changement de piles pour les volets électriques).

Semaine juste parfaite même avec la pluie!

La villa , le top du top! Les photos reflètent vraiment la réalité. Même si la météo était capricieuse, les enfants ont pu profiter 2 jours de la piscine. Propriétaires très disponibles ! Une beauté cette ile d'Oléron.

Superbe maison très bien équipée pour 10 personnes ce qui est très rare . Nous avons beaucoup cuisiné pendant la semaine et jouer aux nombreux jeux de société. La literie est au top , les 3 salles de bain très appréciables . Les enfants se sont baignés . Temps magnifique pour la saison

Nicht sauber und kaputte Möbel

Leider nicht sauberen den Küchenschränken und im Bad, Pool wurde ebenfalls erst nach Aufforderung gepflegt. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, aber da er nicht vor Ort ist, ist das Haus leider vernachlässigt. Stühle und Möbel teilweise defekt, die Liegenpolster nass und angeschimmelt. Das Geschirr und Besteck war schmutzig im Schrank, die Badezimmer nur oberflächlich gereinigt/abgespült. Schade. Ein schönes Objekt sonst. Auf Anforderung wurde vom Eigentümer alles erledigt, aber es ist viel zu teuer für das, was man bekommt. Es gab auch kein Angebot für eine Teilrückzahlung. Sehr ärgerlich, daher werden wir es nicht noch einmal buchen.

Sejour tres agreable

Maison tres pratique, bien equipée et bien decorée. Chacun a pu avoir son petit espace chambre/salle de bain. La piscine chauffée est bien appreciable quand l'ocean est froid ! Tres bien placée a proximite du centre bourg, de la plage et de la piste cyclable. Nous avons bien profité de l'ile d'Oleron et toutes les activités alentours. Nous recommandons !

Formidable séjour

La maison est superbe, idéale pour un séjour à Oléron. Très bien située au nord de l'île, commerces et marché à vélo, piste cyclable à la porte, plage à 5 min à vélo. La cuisine est très grande et bien équipée, la literie est très bonne et la piscine est superbe. La maison est très bien pensée et joliment décorée, chacun a son espace, les 2 terrasses et le patio permettent des moments au soleil. Nous reviendrons cela est certain
