We offer for rent a pretty single-storey house, sleeps 8, with large garden, both quiet and close to shops (5 minutes walk) and the beach (10 minutes walk to the beach of La Brée-les-bains and 15 minutes by bike to the beaches of the west coast of the island).

The house is rated 4 stars.

Recent house (2011), very well designed and ideal for holidays with family or friends:
• 4 bedrooms (bedroom 1: double bed 160x200, bedroom 2: double bed 140x190, bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x190, bedroom 4: 2 single beds 90x190). All the bedding is recent and of very good quality. The rooms with single beds can become couples' rooms by bringing the beds closer together.
• Large bright room of 50m² with living room, living room and very well equipped open kitchen.
• 2 bathrooms (bathroom 1: walk-in shower + double sink, bathroom 2: shower + bath + double sink).
• 2 separate toilets.
• Veranda with garden furniture
• Laundry room
• Garage
•Inner courtyard
• Garden of 500m² with a large phoenix palm tree and a small vegetable garden (fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs will be at your disposal if you water them from time to time). You can park your car in the driveway or even in front of the gate.

For young children, the house is well secured, the garden is fully enclosed and we provide equipment (see below).

On site in the village of La Brée: large market every day during the school holidays, mini-market, bakery, butcher shop (in season), tobacconist's shop, restaurants, beach bar, paddle board rental, petanque and volleyball court, tennis, children's playground.

• Garden: garden furniture, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price (extra charge of €100).
Sheets and towels are not provided (it is possible to rent them with an extra charge except in July and August).
