Guests are warmly welcomed by the home's charming cottage exteriors. Inside, an open-concept floorplan adjoins the home's main living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Summer was an excellent host. Accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Easy walk to private beach or can use provided golf cart and be there in 30 seconds. Lots of beach toys for kids. Home provided plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and three children. Four Seasons like bedding. Our second time in Watersound and would definitely rent from Summer again

We had a great spring break vacation at this property! We’ve stayed at many properties along 30-A over the past 20 years, and WaterSound is one of our favorites. We would definitely rent this property again. The property manager, Summer, was excellent - she was very attentive and made everything go smoothly. The house and neighborhood is ideal if you are looking for a quiet getaway - far away from the crowds and noise but still on 30-A. Although the house is not directly on the beach, and you can’t see the water from any view of the house, it does provide a golf cart that is permitted to use the community boardwalk that takes you right up to the beach - no stairs to the sand! There are multiple private beach access points across the WaterSound development, and we felt like our access was the best. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous - perfect for walks or bike rides. The community pool is simple and has restrooms along with an onsite quick service restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. The house is beautiful, clean and well appointed. We hope to be back soon!

The neighborhood is very well laid out with trails and pocket parks amongst beautiful homes. The property had all the beach toys and beach gear needed. And two golf carts as well. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of privacy and space for all. The upstairs is acoustically very private. The tower was so fun for the kids.
