The Space:
This designer historic home offers the perfect Austin experience! Just minutes away from local attractions and full of incredible amenities, you’ll never want your stay at the East Austin Oasis to end.
The backyard retreat offers a Cowboy Pool, putting green, and a covered dining area with BBQ grill. It’s also fully turfed so kids can play rain or shine without getting muddy! String lights bring this outdoor space to life in the evening along with Sonos speakers located throughout the property.
The home’s open concept renovation is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on the living room couch with your favorite book or to watch a movie while loved ones whip up meals in the kitchen. Home chefs will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. 8 barstools offer seating indoors and the outdoor dining table offers seating for 8 as well.
Bedroom 1, the primary bedroom, is on the main level and offers a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2, or the Front Room, offers a Twin daybed + trundle which sleeps 2 (please note this room does not have doors but has a curtain for privacy). The downstairs half bathroom also serves as the laundry room. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 offers a King Bed + Sofa Bed to accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note the sofa bed is best suited for one adult or 2 children/teenagers. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each offer a Queen size bed. A small workspace is located on the landing upstairs. A second full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located upstairs and is shared by Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5.

1) This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
