The master bedroom offers a restful ambience with a queen bed and ensuite access to one of the bathrooms. The second and third bedrooms provide custom-built bunk beds, one of which is a tri-bunk offering a double lower bed. The main living, dining area offers a space for the family to be in any weather, with an open fireplace for the cooler months and is equipped with a ceiling fan for comfort during those warm summer nights. With an additional second living area full of comfy couches, there is plenty of space for everyone. Both living rooms have a TV, as well a chromecast connected to give access to your own streaming accounts.

The full kitchen is equipped with hot plates, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee machine for that essential morning brew. The addition of a dining table ensures feasts and conversations flow freely.

Step outside to discover a secure yard that says 'Pets Welcome,' and an outdoor setting perfect for barbeques under the golden setting sun. There is also a gate at the rear of the yard with access to the Point Lonsdale back beach, just a 4-minute stroll over the dunes.
