This recently refreshed end unit in the Howland Village is tucked in a quiet corner of the Ocean Edge Villages and just a short drive to some of Brewster s beautiful beaches. New flooring, two ductless A/C units, kids supplies and a straight staircase are some of the highlights of this delightful unit.

The first floor features a bright and open layout with the living room hosting a TV and seating area. A sofa, chairs and a gas fireplace welcome you to relax and enjoy the view from the sliding doors to the patio. The backyard patio features a dining table and umbrella as well as a gas grill for your summer barbecuing!
The indoor dining area also seats up to 6 and is open to the kitchen and living room spaces. The kitchen has new countertops and is fully equipped including microwave, toaster and a drip coffee maker.

The bedroom on the first floor has a King size bed, TV and includes a ductless unit in a delightfully appointed setting. Just adjacent to the first floor bedroom is a shared bathroom with a low-lip glass door shower. The washer and dryer are housed in the hall closet outside the first floor bathroom.

The straight stairway leads to the loft which features two Twin size beds. A TV and full bathroom are also in the upstairs area. A well stocked closet of toys, games, kid s dining sets, cups, bed guard rails and coloring supplies awaits here, along with a Trip Trapp highchair! The convertible sofa bed in the living room has a queen sized bed for additional sleeping.

This unit allows for guests to purchase passes to Ocean Edge Resort's indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, saunas, Jacuzzis, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, fitness centers and a myriad of other activities.

Dine at the Ocean Terrace restaurant featuring a swanky outdoor bar and dining area at the Ocean Edge Mansion with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay.

Brewster is world famous for its and pristine beaches, fine restaurants, art galleries, antique shops and parks all of which are only a short distance from the unit. Many of the most beautiful bay-side beaches are only about a 5 minute drive. Brewster offers over 48 freshwater ponds and many bay-side beaches that recede out over a mile at low tide offering a wonderful view of sandbars, clam beds and tidal pools teeming with sea life. These Brewster beaches offer unsurpassed peaceful solitude shorebirds enchanting wildlife and spectacular sunsets.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
