A valid photo ID, email address, and phone number are required prior to check-in.

A refundable security deposit of NZD $800 (minimum) may be required before arrival.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.
