The space
Only 2 minutes walk to the beach and multiple living areas, this holiday home has room for 2 or 3 families to relax and spread out in comfort.

Downstairs offers a spacious living / rumpus room with Foosball table, couches and television. Off the central hallway is a bathroom with shower, seperate toilet and large kitchenette with laundry facilities. A Queen bedroom and a bunk room comprising of 2 x bunks are also on the lower level.

Upstairs offers two Queen bedrooms , a full bathroom with tub and third seperate toilet.
When walking in to the huge open plan dining / kitchen and living you are immediately surrounded by windows capturing the ocean views and the expansive balcony wrapping around 3 sides of the house. Cook up a feast in the well equipped kitchen complete with 2 ovens and gas cook top. Enjoy all this seated around the huge 12 seater dining table while watching the waves and feeling the fresh sea breeze.

With plently of off street parking and large lawned areas for ball games this is the perfect holiday retreat.
In a quiet part of Middleton with very little passing traffic – you are on the Encounter Bikeway linking Goolwa to Encounter Bay - perfect for those who love a long coastal bike ride!
