Set across two levels and elevated above the surrounding dunes, this family home makes the most of its Goolwa Beach position with sweeping coastal views and a strong sense of openness. Upstairs is the main living zone, where light-filled living and dining spaces are oriented toward the outlook. Sliding doors open onto the balcony, drawing in sea breezes and coastal light and creating an ideal setting for morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking the horizon. The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking and includes a Nespresso machine for easy mornings at home.

The upper level is home to the primary bedroom, fitted with a queen bed and a private ensuite. Downstairs, three additional bedrooms are arranged around a secondary living area, creating a comfortable zone for families or groups. One bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, while the remaining two bedrooms are each set up with two single beds, making them well-suited to children or friends sharing. This level also includes a central bathroom with a bathtub, a dedicated laundry, and direct access to the undercover outdoor deck and fenced backyard.

Secure garage parking with internal access allows for easy arrivals and departures after beach days. With flexible sleeping zones, generous living spaces, and an elevated position just moments from the sand, the home is designed for relaxed group stays centred on its standout coastal setting and views.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
