Set within the stylish Manhattan on the Park in Canberra City, this spacious two bedroom / two bathroom apartment overlooking Glebe Park comes fully equipped and primed for you to enjoy.
Everything the city has to offer is within easy reach, such as shops, restaurants and cafes, city offices, Canberra Centre, galleries and museums.
The building has arguably the nicest outdoor pool in the area, with sun loungers and a spa to enjoy. The gym is also spacious and well kitted out.
This apartment has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the living area opens out to the balcony that has gorgeous views towards the War Memorial and Mount Ainslie.
It has fully centralised heating & air conditioning to the living areas and bedrooms.
The apartment comes with two bedrooms; the main bedroom has Queen bed, an ensuite and blackout curtains. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and is an internal room, so it doesn`t have a window opening to the outside. Instead it has a closed frosted glass window that faces the internal hallway with a blackout blind.
