The Space:
Spread across three levels, this stylish and spacious apartment offers a true home-away-from-home experience in the heart of Hobart. Its central location means you’re within easy walking distance of the waterfront, Salamanca Place, cafés, restaurants, galleries, and the city’s top cultural attractions. Secure, undercover parking is a major bonus, providing peace of mind and making it easy to explore further afield at your leisure.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment. Guests have access to the undercover carpark which is a shared space with other tenants. Guest do NOT have access to the pool and other building facilities.

Interaction with Guests:
Please note I will not be available in person during your stay. I have a management team in place to assist guests with any questions or issues which may arise during their stay.

Neighbourhood Description:
This apartment is right in the heart of Hobart’s CBD, placing you within easy walking distance of the city’s top attractions. Salamanca Place, with its historic sandstone buildings, cafés, galleries, restaurants, and the famous weekend market, is just a few minutes’ walk. The waterfront and Constitution Dock, home to seafood eateries, yachts, and the Wooden Boat Festival, are also nearby.

Battery Point’s historic streets, the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA), and the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens are all easily accessible from the city centre, while Mount Wellington is a short drive away. Staying here puts you close to Hobart’s dining, shopping, and cultural highlights, making it an ideal base for exploring the city and its surroundings on foot.

Getting Around:
Whilst this apartment is central and Hobart's CBD attractions are easily accessible on foot you may like to have a car to fully explore all that greater Hobart has to offer.

House Rules;
If additional cleaning is required above and beyond what the guest has paid for at the time of
booking, this extra cost will be passed on to the guest to cover. Additional costs can be easily avoided by leaving the property in a neat and tidy state and following the check out instructions.

Please note if extra beds are used outside what is required for your group an extra guest fee will be
requested for your stay.

In the event of a lockout which due to the loss or misplacement of the primary key or user error, this
fee will be your responsibility to pay.

This property is across multiple levels and stairs will need to be navigated. There is no lift so people with accessibility issues will need to consider this when booking.

Whilst we accept children at this property there are multiple flights of stairs with no child gates and the front gate goes straight out to a main road. Care must be taken with children at all times at this property.

The complex has a pool but this is NOT available to guests. Do not go through the back gate. This is locked for your safety.



The apartment’s living areas extend seamlessly to a large outdoor deck, complete with comfortable seating and a BBQ, creating the perfect space for entertaining, relaxing, or enjoying meals outdoors while taking in city views. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the apartment features three spacious and luxurious bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, a desk, and ample storage for a comfortable and practical stay. The second bedroom includes a private balcony, allowing fresh air and light to flow in.



Modern appliances throughout the apartment make cooking and daily living easy, while the separate, fully equipped laundry adds convenience for longer stays. There are three full bathrooms, one with a relaxing bath, offering flexibility for families or groups. For quieter evenings at home, the apartment is stocked with a variety of games and books, providing plenty of options for lounging nights in.



Whether you’re in Hobart to explore the city, the waterfront, or beyond, this apartment combines style, space, and convenience for an exceptional stay.



Note: the pool and other building facilities are unavailable to guests of this apartment.
