Just built, just listed. Get up early to watch the sunrise or take a 2 minute walk for a swim or surf at the beach. Or just a 2 minute walk to Cafes, shops and Supermarket. North facing with a large kwila deck. Outside furniture arrives tomorrow. Brilliant location at a beautiful part of the beach. Leave your cars parked for the holiday.

We have been going down to Waihi Beach for over 20 years now. Renting for many years then owning a place for the past 10 years, and recently knocking down the old bach to replace it with something more user friendly and practical. So finishing touches still happening, but looking forward to summer and hoping others will enjoy being here too.
One of the things I love about the beach is seeing people enjoying themselves and relaxing.

Great things about this area and right here are: Swimming anytime. Walking 2 minutes around to the Secret Garden Cafe. I often go there Sunday nights to play guitar on Sunday Mic Night. They have musicians coming along other nights too, and the pizzas and buritos are great. Good local and holiday atmosphere.
I love Cave Beach and Shelly Beach by Anzac Bay. Two hidden gems. Swimming in local fresh water rivers as well as, of course the waves and the beach!

We love staying in this area! Quick swim starts the day 2 minute walk away. Watch the sun rise. Check out the surf, go for a walk. There is a good surf break right off the beach. I get my bike out and hardly use the car. I can get to the local supermarket on my bike in about 80 seconds. Yet being on the other side of the stream keeps us tucked away whilst being close. Off the main road too. Later in the day and sometimes even at night a casual walk along the beach is so relaxing, and romantic.
