We stayed here this past week! It was an amazing stay! Beth’s Breakaways was fantastic to work with and very helpful with everything. The house was beautiful and we had so much room. We were close to the pool and the kids loved the hot tub. Highly recommend staying here!

Our group can not say enough good things about this property! As a group who travels together every two years, we have been to quite a few houses all over the country, and this is by far our favorite! Love the decor! Love that there is enough seating that everyone can sit together inside or out for meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with multiples of each small appliance (think 2 coffee pots, 2 griddles, 2 crock pots) making it so easy to prep and serve meals for a big group. The details and communication from start to finish was above and beyond. If our group makes it back to Branson, we would only stay here! Thank you so much!

Pools were good, really enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. The outdoor gas fire pit and the views of the lake from the upstairs deck were amazing!! Location is a little far from the Branson Strip, but easy drive to Silver Dollar City. Overall the House was outstanding and I highly recommend it. Great views, lots of space and lots of extra fun things with the use of the resort features

Overall the families we had on vacation with us totally enjoyed our booking with you. Each of our family members and their kids enjoyed the house, the community pool, pickleball court, basketball and the small hike to the lake. The small fish the kids caught and released were exciting. We had burgers grilled and lots of games played. We brought our guitars and Cajon and played music to our hearts content. The double stove and microwave and dishwasher and dishes and cups, for everyone made it enjoyable as well. We even use the hot tub and that was exciting for the ladies and even the college kids and middle school high school kids since we each took turns. Thanks for being an amazing homeowner that met the needs of your clients!

Perfect for the Fourth of July !

Our extended family (24 people) rented this large unit to celebrate the July 4th holiday. I can't imagine a better view of the fireworks - from our deck and patio we watched multiple displays over several evenings. The space is large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, multiple family rooms and decks, and the private hot tub was available, although we didn't need to be any hotter! There are multiple play options for the kids, and the large dining table hosted many card games and tellings of tall tales. The kitchen is well stocked, the linens were clean, and the AC kept us cool all weekend. There are 3 washer/dryers, 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers; it needs an additional refrigerator. The location is convenient to nearby restaurants, a grocery store and the Port Kimberling marina. This unit is a short drive from Dogwood Canyon and many other great places to explore. We'd go back.

Great place for a large group

Best 70th ever

We threw a birthday weekend for mom who was turning 70. Everything about this house was amazing. Each room and space was perfectly thought out. The rooms were beautiful. The beds and pillows were high quality and comfortable. It was so helpful having two dishwashers, two stoves and to micro waves. We had 30 people and never did we feel cramped or on top of each other. The communication with the property was well organized and clear.

We loved this home for our family gathering of 25!! Ages ranged from 4 months to 84 years old and it was appropriate for everyone. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and living room cozy and functional, the family room a favorite for all, the Jacuzzi clean and running for the entire stay, and the balcony was a favorite with a surprising and amazing view! The balcony was a wonderful place to gather with its comfortable seating and fire pit. We saw the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises, a rainbow, and a bald eagle! The pictures in the listing do NOT do justice to the view from the balcony and 3rd floor main bedroom! And the decor was so fun and different. We had no issues communicating with our host before and during our stay. She was super responsive. Only tip I would give would be to have a bathroom in main floor bedroom without a high step over and long step down to the floor and a baby gate option to the basement. We would book again in a second. Everyone in the group loved it!
