There is a lock box at the apartment for your keys. The code to the lock box will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

The apartment includes a laundry with a washing machine for your convenience. Laundry detergent is not provided.

This is not a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. Please respect the peace and quiet of the space and its neighbours. If we receive complaints, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the premises immediately.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly not permitted in or around the property. If you wish to smoke, please book elsewhere.
CLEANING CHARGE
The cleaning charge covers a standard clean. If the apartment is left with garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or a cigarette smell, additional cleaning and replacement costs may apply.
As is now the norm at hotels, motels and other accommodation providers, that due to the occurrence of credit card theft and identity fraud, all guests have to provide photo ID (drivers license / passport / identity card) that matches the credit card used for the booking and the name of the guest making the booking. You will be asked to provide one example of this photo ID, to verify your booking. Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings from guests that do not provide this photo ID.
There is an authorisation hold taken for this property the day prior to your check in in the amount of $250, this is released after checkout.
As VRBO/Stayz does not verify your card details at the time of reservation, we require payment via a secure payment link, which will be sent to you shortly after you complete your booking via both email and text message. This measure has been implemented to prevent credit card fraud, an issue we have faced multiple times in the past six months. The card processing company charges a 1.9% card processing fee. This money is not charged by us and does not go to us and is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
