Thereā€™s plenty to see and do on the Sunshine Coast. Take a day trip to Fraser Island or visit some of our local attractions such as Australia Zoo, Sea Life Mooloolaba, Aussie World, the Ginger Factory, Bli Bli or Coolum Aqua park, Strike and Holy Moly Maroochydore, Noosa National Park, Buderim Waterfall, The Big Pineapple, Maleny Bird Sanctuary, Bellingham Maze and the Maroochydore Botanical Gardens.

As far as markets go there are plenty on, on the Sunshine Coast. Local markets are held every Sunday at Fishermanā€™s Road and Cotton Tree and the famous Eumundi markets on Saturdays and Wednesdays. There is also a Kawana farmers market held on Saturdays and Caloundra twilight markets held on Friday evenings.

Sunshine Coast airport is about a 15 minute drive and Brisbane airport approximately an hour away. There are regular bus services to both airports.

Linen hire includes your sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, tea towel and bath mat. The linen is delivered to your unit and you are required to make up your own bed. Apartments are not serviced.

In the apartment you will find doonas with covers and pillows.

The unit was perfect.Beautiful sunrises very day and we saw Whales from the balcony it was amazing.The location as perfect as we were competing in the East Coast Challenge Cup at Suncity Bowl just across the park.I would highly recommend this property to anyone as it was close to shops and of course the beach. Well maintained quiet block and we would certainly love to stay there again in the future.

I was very disappointed that there was no linen for the beds and that the beds werenā€™t made.We had driven for hours and didnā€™t think that we were supposed to supply our own linen or make our own beds in arrival.The accommodation was beautiful and the location near perfect. We hope to vacation there again.

We were very please with the location of the property!!! Very convenient to walking and bus use!! Rate lower on cleanliness as the couch was a huge hated surprise!! I don't expect to pay money to rent a unit that has less than acceptable couch!!!! Photos were deceiving!! And we not only had to constantly be tucking in the covers but the sectional pieces would not stay together!! ! Inexcusable!!! Don't want less than what I live with on vacation! Bled first day walking into the bathroom as there is an unnatural lift from rug to tile!! Dangerous and unacceptable!! Rusty grates to hold shower toiletries!! Your master toilet needed constant jiggling as the flush mechanism needs to be replaced; the water bill will be high until you replace it!! You need a decent fry pan to cook in the kitchen!!! Even oil and butter did not solve the problem!! Wed very much like to rent from you again but would never consider it until these items and corrected!! Have a blessed day!!

Winter Getaway

Escaping to the warm and beautiful sunny coast was great and made even better by the great location and stunning views from the apartment. The teenagers were entertained, with loads of food options and the fun of e-scooters keeping them happy even when it was a little rainy. Such a great fun familly holiday.

The main bathroom was damaged and could not be used. The property manager alerted us and offered to refund a portion of payment. That was the only upside of our stay. Where to start with all the rest. The apartment is very ā€˜tiredā€™, the decor dated. The main door is not even painted and warehouse stickers on the toilets. There were no sponges, no dishcloths to wipe down benches. We had to use toilet paper. We had to bring our own linen, towels, everything, donā€™t expect much at all in the apartment with the exception of some blankets. Donā€™t expect to enjoy the view or the fresh sea breezes, because you canā€™t open up any of the windows and in stifling heat all you can expect is a pedestal fan. The windows rattle constantly all night with wind, someone had previously tried to do a temporary fix with cardboard. On top of paying the room fee, you also pay an admin fee as well as a services fee as well as a cleaning fee. Once you book, the instructions on what needs to be done on departure are punitive. I may as well have cleaned the whole apartment myself given what was expected. At exactly 10:03, the cleaner was banging on the door to clean the apartment. We were given 10 minutes to vacate no relaxation, nothing. When we returned an hour later, because we had forgotten some contents in one of the bedside drawers, the cleaner, then reprimanded us for not turning on the dishwasher in the right way. Do not stay at this location if you want to have a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Very disappointing

Everything was good except cleanliness. The garbage shoot outside front door absolutely stunk I nealy vomited before we even walked in side. All Kitchen draws were dirty need a good clean, baking trays weā€™re rusty in oven exhaust fan over stove is dirty, all walls had dirty marks all over , carpet all stained , no fans in lounge dining and kitchen and no air con and couldnā€™t open windows to let in fresh air as screws were put in so we couldnā€™t open them, we had to buy a couple of pedestal fans because it was very hot inside ,kitchen wooden chairs were so black with grime we wouldnā€™t sit on them , it annoys me that a cleaning fee is charged when itā€™ hasnā€™t been cleaned I expected a better standard .

Large and clean, great location

Location was fantastic, apartment large and clean and fully equipped. The only downfall was the apartment has no internet.
