Ground floor: One queen bedroom with ocean views, adjoining a second living area ideal as a quiet retreat or kids’ zone (this is the sofa bed lounge room).

All bedrooms are centrally located to beautifully appointed bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest.

Additional features include air conditioning is ONLY in the main living area. Bedrooms have a ceiling fan. A double lock-up garage with additional driveway parking.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

Pets Accepted on application - 2 Small/medium dogs $100 per pet fee applies to booking's. Strictly no pets on any furniture within the property.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults & 2 Children. The sofa bed on the ground floor lounge will be added to accommodate 2 children guests 7 & 8 ($100), total maximum guest 8.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied

Additional costs when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towel, and linen hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - a refundable bond of $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security cameras

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee of ($150) is not refundable. Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb Guests please refer to Airbnb's policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

PLEASE NOTE: PARTIES, FUNCTIONS, WEDDINGS (WEDDING RELATED), GRADUATES and or SCHOOLIES/TEENAGER bookings are not accepted.
