ABSOLUTE BEACHFRONT - Spacious, Luxurycozy, ducted aircon, private sandy beach. This lovely home is perfectly located in the breathtaking Port Stephens Bay. Enjoy fishing at front yard or simply watch dolphins, pelicans, and swans from your bedroom or balcony. Our retreat is just 2 hrs from Sydney,1hr from Newcastle. you will be in paradise relax ,enjoy peace, privacy.Soaking in the fairy tale sunset . you will want to return to here over and over again.
We have installed a new fence around the property to enhance safety for children and pets, as well as to improve privacy.
The space
It’s a sanctuary for you relaxation and enjoyment.
You Step inside to discover a beachfront haven featuring four spacious bedrooms, including two ensuite queens and two twin bedrooms, as well as three bathrooms. This modern retreat comes fully equipped with a working area, laundry, large family kitchen, and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning which only a few new house has installed in this area that keep our cordial guests warm in winter and cool in summer .
Step outside to the clear waters of Port Stephens. Our beach is tidal, with shallow waters at high tide – perfect for kids. Or wade out to deeper water for a rejuvenating saltwater swim.
also Ideal for small groups of kayak fishing lovers to gather, plan their trips, exchange tips, and enjoy the laid-back outdoor lifestyle.

Direct beach access ensures a seamless and tranquil experience. Bring along your furry friends, as two small pets are welcome.night sky perfect for stargazing.

Despite its small size, Pindimar has a fascinating past. In the early 1900s, the village was proposed as the site for a major port city, with grand plans for farming lots, industrial zones, educational facilities, and even a cathedral and golf links.

Wi-Fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.
LATE CHECKOUT can be arranged, if available for an extra from $60 -$120 , depend on availability.
Garage and Pantry not open to guests , please use laundry cupboard and walkway cupboard for storage foodstuffs also convenience.

We have security cameras around the exterior of the home, NO CAMERAS ARE POSITIOIN IN THE PRIVATE AREAS OF THE HOME.

Here are the items we suggest you prepare:
1. **Great for paddle boarding or kayaking from your own beach.Note you are not covered by public liability insurance whilst not within the boundary of the property.
That is we accept no legal liability if a guest is injured whilst not on the premises using our equipment. If you use equipment outside the property you do so at your own risk and your actions constitute a release and waiver of liability in respect to their use.
2. **Indoor Slippers**: Please bring your own slippers (no outdoor shoes are allowed inside, but slippers are permitted).
3. **Food**: Prepare some snacks or food. If you wish to cook, our home is just a 15-minute drive to the Coles supermarket and coffee shops.
4. **Insect Repellent Spray**: Choose an effective yet gentle insect repellent spray to ensure it won’t irritate your skin.
5. Raintank Water.
Please conserve water and use it wisely. For filtered water used in ours daily life, if you have concerns, please boil it and refrigerate .
6.Two small or One mediam well behaved pets are welcome to stay, not on the furniture or beds please an extra clean fee might apply .
