Welcome to our place! Our 5 bedroom & 3 bathroom house is designed for guests who value comfort, privacy, and effortless living. From the moment you arrive, the house feels calm, generous, and considered — a place where everything simply works.

Sleeping & Bedroom Layout
The home features five generously sized bedrooms, each fitted with individual air conditioning for personalised comfort year-round. The bedrooms are positioned to allow privacy and quiet, making the home suitable for multi-family stays or mixed groups.
Each room is comfortably furnished with quality bedding and ample storage, creating a calm and restful environment for every guest.
Bathrooms
There are three full bathrooms in the home, conveniently distributed to minimise wait times and ensure ease during busy mornings. Bathrooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained, suitable for both short and extended stays.
Living & Common Areas
The home offers multiple light-filled living zones, allowing guests to gather together or enjoy their own space. The open-plan main living area flows naturally into the dining and kitchen space, making it perfect for shared meals, relaxing evenings, and day-to-day living.
Large windows throughout the home bring in natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and extended stays, with a generous dining area ideal for group meals. The layout encourages easy movement and interaction, making it both practical and enjoyable to use.

Parking & Access
On-site parking is available for guests. The property is located in a quiet residential area, offering privacy while remaining close to key amenities.
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home during their stay.

Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!)
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $170.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out
