Very beautiful, high-end single-storey house of 170 m² designed to accommodate up to 8 people in modern comfort. Built on a vast enclosed and verdant plot of 1,890 m², in absolute peace and away from the road, it offers an idyllic setting for your holidays.

A beautiful private heated swimming pool at 28°C (accessible from 15 April to 15 October) and a wooden terrace of 100 m² await you for a perfect holiday. All located just a 10-minute walk from the fine sandy beaches and the GR34 coastal path.

A vast living room flooded with natural light, opening through very large bay windows onto the terrace and landscaped garden.

A large modern fully fitted and equipped kitchen with central island (oven, 2 dishwashers, refrigerator, toaster, plancha for your outdoor grilling...). The adjoining dining room offers a very welcoming space for your meals.



Room 1: Double bed (160 cm) with its own en-suite bathroom.

Room 2: Two single beds (90 cm), ideal for children or teenagers.

Room 3: Double bed (160 cm).

Room 4: Double bed (140 cm) with its own en-suite bathroom.

Shared bathroom for rooms 2 and 3, equipped with a bathtub and double sink.

Two separate toilets in the house.



Local life and must-do activities:

In just 10 minutes on foot, reach the stunning fine sandy beaches of the Plouarzel coast (such as Ruscumunoc beach or Charrettes beach) as well as the GR34 coastal path for invigorating walks with spectacular panoramas.

Take advantage of the proximity to the seaside to practise surfing, paddleboarding or kayaking. Don't miss visiting Trézien lighthouse or heading to Plouarzel town for its shops and market.

Le Conquet harbour is just a few kilometres away to embark towards the islands of Ouessant and Molène, or to taste freshly caught seafood products.
