It's a corner unit and the balcony wraps around the condo, with sliding glass doors from both bedrooms and the living room.
The 2 bedrooms each have ensuite baths, full closets and TVs. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, living room and laundry.
The building is nine floors, gated with two full sized swimming pools, one on the main grounds surrounded by gardens and one on the roof with a huge sitting area and a 360 degree view of the city.
It is a ten minute walk from the beach, the grocery store and the coffee shop... very close to the hotel district where the cruise ships dock when in port.
Pet friendly and onsite parking available.
