This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo, hosted by Great Western Lodging, offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure, featuring a warm wood-burning fireplace, private ski locker, and convenient ski-in/ski-out access. With comfortable furnishings and space for up to eight guests, it’s ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy Breckenridge’s mountain charm. The open living area creates a welcoming place to gather after a day on the slopes or trails, while the full kitchen and dining area make mealtime easy and enjoyable.
Guests of Beaver Run Resort enjoy access to exceptional on-site amenities, including indoor and outdoor heated pools, multiple hot tubs, restaurants, bars, a full-service spa, fitness center, arcade, ski rentals, underground parking, coin operated laundry, and a 24-hour front desk.
Located at the base of Peak 9, the resort provides a free shuttle for exploring downtown Breckenridge, where you’ll find dining, shopping, and year-round entertainment—all within walking distance. Whether you’re here for the skiing, hiking, or vibrant local culture, Beaver Run is a favorite destination for comfort and convenience in the heart of the Rockies.

Parking Access: PARKING FOR ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Parking is charged per day per vehicle.
If you’re planning on parking a vehicle at Beaver Run, the parking fees will be charged upon arrival. Summer parking is $15/vehicle/night, 4/1/2026-11/30/2026. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered with $39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday and $42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday. Please keep in mind that Beaver Run is walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. And Beaver Run offers free shuttle transportation around town.
Elevator Access: This property offers convenient elevator access to the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
