LIVING SPACE - Quaint 800+ sq ft home with living room, bar seating, smart TV, wood burning stove fireplace, and comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom plus loft bedroom, 1 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a queen bed. Loft second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - 4 Burner stove with griddle, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, Ninja pods/grounds single serve coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TV with streaming apps, Apple TV, Alexa, fast WiFi, board games, and card games.
OUTDOORS - The backyard features a spacious deck with a gas barbecue for year-round grilling, plus a hammock where you can relax and breathe in the mountain fresh air. Front yard offers seating and drink tables.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
