This cottage is surrounded with nature, peace and fresh breeze, while not being far away from major attractions of the lovely Niagara region.

Niagara Falls/Clifton Hill and Crystal Beach are 15 minutes away across the northern and southern strip. Niagara Safari and Niagara Golf & Country Club are only 5 minutes away and city of Fort Erie is 10 minutes away. It is also very close to the prominent Niagara Parkway drive which is a must to ride and walk along to enjoy the serenity of Niagara river. US borders are also close by.

Cottage can accommodate 8-9 people. It has plenty of natural sunlight through skylights in the sunroom, kitchen, and master bedroom and lots of windows around. It also offers plenty of seating in the living space and sunroom, has nicely furnished 3 bedrooms, and kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items and utensils.

Guest have access to the main interior areas of the cottage (living area, sun room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and washing/dryer room).

Guest don't have access to garage and unfinished basement.

No parties permitted at the property as it is a very quiet surrounding. No smoking allowed inside the house.

Guest are requested to stay and park car within the gravel area. Please carry phone light or torchlight at night time for better visibility as it gets quite dark, there are lights and solar lights installed but best to carry lights at night. Also not accessible for wheelchair as its gravel walkway/driveway.
