This spacious residence has large, picture windows that look out to a walk-out lush garden, accessed from all rooms. Light-filled unit with high ceilings and new hardwood floors. All new appliances in the kitchen with an in-unit washer/dryer . The primary suite is large enough for an office area. There is a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a shower over the tub. Two televisions, internet, etc.
This is a pet-friendly building, allowing 2 dogs or cats. On-site gym.
Prime location: safe and quiet neighborhood, near the Bay Club, Levi’s Plaza, Farmers Market, Ferry Building, restaurants, and coffee shops; steps away from the buzz of the North Beach, Jackson Square, and FiDi.
Included is one car deeded parking space with interior access. Breathtaking views of the Bay Bridge, and Golden Gate Bridge from the shared deck on top of the building.
