Long Stays:
For bookings longer than 14 days, a mid stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a full hotel style clean at a price of $150. For stays longer than 30 days, we will provide free hotel style cleaning every 14 days. Any additional cleaning can be requested by getting in touch with us and we will organise it for you at a price of $150

We ask that you go through the house rules before confirming your stay with us. Please be aware that parties and events are not permitted in this apartment. Non compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any damages/extra cleaning. We ask that you look after the place as much as possible, as any extra cleaning required will be charged.

Lost keys will result in a fine of $400!
- No smoking! (This will result in a $300 dollar fine)
- Respect the property and keep it clean (If Extra cleaning fee is required, it will be charged depending on the cleaning required after checkout)
- We ask that you clean up upon checkout
