Walk Through The Home With Us

Park in the designated car park out the front of the unit. Follow the driveway down to the right hand side of the apartment and turn left to find the entry to Unit 3. Once you walk into the home you will find yourself in the open plan living area. To the right, you’ll discover a well-appointed kitchen designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It features a full range of modern appliances, including an oven and stovetop for cooking your favourite meals, a microwave for quick reheating, and essentials like a kettle and toaster for your morning routine. The spacious fridge provides plenty of room to store fresh groceries and snacks, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals or a relaxed breakfast during your visit.



Directly opposite the kitchen, you’ll find the inviting living and dining area — a perfect space to relax and unwind. The dining table is thoughtfully positioned by the window, offering plenty of natural light and comfortable seating for four guests to enjoy meals together. The living area features a cozy couch that comfortably seats three, complemented by two stylish armchairs, creating an ideal spot for conversation or relaxation. For your entertainment, a TV is provided, while the split system heating and cooling ensures you stay comfortable year-round, whether you’re curling up with a movie on a chilly evening or cooling down after a sunny day.



Adjacent to the main living area are the two bedrooms and the combined laundry and bathroom. The combined laundry and bathroom is a well-equipped space featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity, along with a washing machine, a portable clothes airing rack, and additional cleaning appliances for your convenience during your stay.

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable queen-sized bed and spacious built-in wardrobes. It also offers direct access to the outdoor courtyard.

Bedroom 2 is furnished with two single beds and includes a generous built-in wardrobe for ample storage.



The outdoor courtyard, accessible through Bedroom 1, offers a private, fully fenced space perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. It features a paved area with comfortable outdoor seating and a BBQ for easy outdoor cooking. There is some natural shade, and an outdoor umbrella is also available for added comfort on warm, sunny days.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire unit and a designated car space. Access details to the property will be provided once a booking is confirmed.

Great location, lovely house but key wasn't in lockbox on arrival and had to wait over an hour for it to be there. Also parking could be better defined.
