Vacation apartment Potsdam

The small apartment on Feuerbachstrasse is modern and functional. Located on the first floor of an apartment building, which is located in the inner courtyard, it has a combined living room / bedroom with a double bed, seating and a small kitchen open to the room as well as a shower and toilet.

When the weather is nice, the furnished balcony facing the east invites you to linger. A parking space is located directly opposite the entrance in the courtyard and is included in the price. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Balcony, bed linen and bicycle shelter are available. A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request.

Sanssouci Park with its palaces and gardens and the city center with its many historical and architectural sights are only a few minutes away on foot.

Super Wohnung in super Lage

Diese hübsche kleine Fewo ist in einem wunderschönen und ruhigen Stadtteil von Potsdam. Sie ist grösser, als sie auf den Fotos erscheinet und sehr gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist toll – alles da was man braucht und die Vermiterin ist leicht und schnell zu erreichen und sehr freundlich. Würde ich sofort jedem empfehlen.

Perfect place for business trips or vacations

Everything about my stay was pleasant. Mrs. Biehl was n excellent landlady and went above and beyond to help me out with anything I needed during my 7-week stay. The apartment is just as described, everything you need is there. The location is perfect - close to Park Sanssouci, the city center of Potsdam, shopping, and public transportation. Moving in and out procedures were smooth as well. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Potsdam by themselves or with a partner.

Ruhige Fewo in zentraler Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, sehr ruhig und dennoch ist man schnell in der City, im Park oder aber am S-Bahnhof. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz unbezahlbar, obwohl man das Auto kaum braucht! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder:))

Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Innenstadt. Sehr vorteilhaft ist der zur Wohnung gehörende Stellplatz.

Kein WLAN, Lage gut

Bereits am 10. des Monats war das Download-Volumen des Internets aufgebraucht. Sehr ärgerlich, kein WLAN zu haben! Auch die Fernsehsender haben nur am ersten Abend funktioniert. Ansonsten gute Lage, sauber.

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Man kommt schnell überall hin. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber absolut ausreichend ,wenn man so wie wir immer unterwegs waren. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen gegend. Die Ferienwohnung kann man mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

ruhig gelegen und doch mitten drin

Für ein paar Tage, Städtetour ist diese Wohnung wunderbar geeignet. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen und das Auto kann stehen bleiben. Kleine Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft gern weiter.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage

Eine sehr gepflegte und gut eingerichtete kleine Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Ein schönes Bad und eine Küche mit Ofen, Kühlschrank, Spüle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Geschirr, so dass mein Partner und ich gemütlich frühstücken konnten. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Brötchen, Getränke usw. konnten wir in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Auch eine Apotheke war nicht weit weg. Aber das Beste: wir konnten den Schlosspark Sanssouci und das Brandenburger Tor in ca. 15 min zu Fuß und die Innenstadt in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Reiseführer in der Wohnung ermöglichten uns noch einen zusätzlichen Einblick in die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Potsdam. Die Abende haben wir auf dem schönen Balkon odre vor dem Fernseher ausklingen lassen. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Einfach TOP

Schlüßelübergabe-Problemlos Ruhige,saubere,(sonnige) Wohnung Nur 10 min. Fußweg bis ins Zentrum Es war einfach alles super, von anfang bis ende. Würden einfach immer wieder kommen. Kann ich nur jedem weiter empfehlen.
