This recently renovated estate has a private beach, harbor, and 200+ feet of dock. The boat slip has shore power and fresh water available for your boat. A fish cleaning table, kayaks, paddle boards, and umbrellas are ready for all your water activities.

The main house has a large living room with a flatscreen smart tv, a fully equipped chef's kitchen with bar seating for six, and a 16-seat dining table. The five king bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms, and there are three walk-in closets and two safes.

Off the main living area, you'll find a massive deck with an outdoor kitchen featuring a propane grill, a pizza oven, a seafood boiler, and a sink. Beyond the kitchen is an outdoor dining table, lots of lounge chairs, and a full-sized hanging day bed. The main event of the outdoor space is the brand-new infinity pool and hot tub with a tanning ledge and four in-pool chairs.

The bunk house is just steps from the main house and sleeps an additional seven. The beds are split between two rooms and are all twin-xl beds rated for adult use - perfect for young adults, kids, or your crew.
