BUT PARTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THIS HOUSE.
- A spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring every member of your group has their own private space.
- 90m walk to cafe, store & takeaways.
- 50m walk to Michaels Avenue Reserve, with football field, athletics track, playground, and badminton courts.
- 5 km to Auckland City Center
- 20 mins drive to airport
- double garage, and 2 parking space in yard
Our big house is perfect for large families or groups, each room is warm and dry.
NOT for party or noise gathering. NO PARTY ALLOWED.
We have prepared basic living items in the house, including: radiators, blankets, bedding, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, enough pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, rubbish bag,iron,ironing board,hair dryer, etc....
Guests can use the entire area of the house and garden with privacy. No sharing with others.
