Welcome to Treehouse C106, by Mountain Vacation Lodging, where you'll have a wonderful combination of features. This is a nicely renovated condo with an extensive set of on-site amenities, direct access to the national forest, a convenient location, and affordable rates. Please read on for details on this fantastic vacation rental condo.

The Property:
Treehouse C106 was nicely renovated in 2025 and first offered for short term rental beginning in February 2026. Renovations included brand furniture throughout, from the mattresses and linens to the sleeper sofa and dining set. The brand new kitchen features a double oven and is fully equipped for preparing and serving meals. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, mirrored closet, and private bathroom with a walk in shower. Bedroom 2 includes a Twin over Double (Full) bunk bed, so it works well for couples, shingles, kids, or a mix. Bathroom 2 is adjacent to this bedroom, off the hallway, making it easy to share if anyone is using the living room's sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are mounted to the walls in the main living room as well as both bedrooms, and the condo has very fast wifi speeds, so you can stream content to your heart's content. You might not be in the condo that much, though, as the clubhouse and neighborhood offer some great amenities for you to enjoy.

This location is a four-season haven, highlighted by stunning natural beauty. Nestled in the tranquil Wildernest neighborhood at the base of Buffalo Mountain, here you have the perfect balance of mountain town living and convenient access to all that Summit County has to offer. The Wildernest area is surrounded by National Forest land with numerous hiking and biking trails, including the popular trailheads for Lily Pad Lake, Buffalo Mountain, and Willow Creek Falls. When you stay here you are also only minutes away from the conveniences of Silverthorne and Dillon, as well as the many ski resorts.

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have.
– Accessing this property is easy, since it is ground level. A short walkway leads from the parking lot to the building and then there are only a few stairs, not a full flight or even a half flight. Once inside, everything is on one level, and you are ground level to the open space around the building.
– Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles, within the outdoor lot, where spaces are not assigned. Trailers, campers, and RVs are prohibited. If you will have a trailer, camper, RV, or just need additional parking, please contact us for additional information and assistance.
– 4WD vehicle information: The roads in the area which lead to and from this property are generally well maintained but do include hills and curves. Please also note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. So, when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.

** Amenities - Some private or shared amenities may not be available for guest use during certain periods. Some amenities, when part of a property, may close daily, seasonally, or for maintenance. As such, all amenities can not be guaranteed to be available at all times. ** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.

** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. Please let us know if you have any concerns.

** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental / lease agreement may be required. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required. The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on.
