The cozy and rustic Es Puput farm in Mallorcan style is located in Petra near Alcúdia Beach, a town in Mallorca close to all points of the island.



The property has a private pool measuring 7m x 3.5m, pool towels, barbecue, furnished terraces and landscaped areas with four sun loungers and an umbrella to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and will turn your vacation into an unbeatable time of disconnection. The carefully styled decoration preserves the essence of the island. It is characterized by beautiful and classic old natural stone walls. You can leave your car in its private parking within the property.



The house is distributed over two floors and can accommodate 5 guests. It has a cozy living room and dining room with Smart TV, a large kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to enjoy pampering family and friends, you have a Thermomix at your service! It has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the ground floor, one of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Another bedroom with two single beds, a small library, and another bathroom with a shower are located on the first floor. The bedrooms have recently been equipped with powerful ceiling fans. The property also has air conditioning in all bedrooms and a cozy pellet stove has been installed in the living room, which creates a homey atmosphere and makes the property attractive even during the winter months.

We really enjoyed our stay in Petra in this beautiful, traditional finca. It was the perfect location to explore Mallorca. We all loved using the pool and outside seating areas and would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful holiday in Petra. Our villa was stunning with so many traditional features. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and outside seating areas. A short walk into Petra and we found some lovely restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing week staying here, cannot recommend it enough for a family, lots of space, really clean and everything you need. The pool was lovely we used it loads. The owner was really helpful. Also a great location just 10 minutes walk in to Petra which is a traditional Mallorcan town and there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.

Fantastic Villa

We had a great stay at Finca Es Puput

2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 14). the pool was just about big enough to keep them happy! the house had a good amount of space for the 4 of us. also worth mentioning there were 2 bikes at the property during our stay which was very useful for getting into town in the mornings to get a coffeegrabbing something from the bakery and shops. the town was close enough to walk to and there are a few nice options for dining. one thing to mention, if you have a big car (large SUVbigger) you will need to take the corners slow getting in and out of the property. a couple of tight corners!

nice and unique property

Overall the property is a good one, space good enought for us (we are five), very quiet, nice swimming pool and a garden that help to be comfortable like at home. It is located in the center of the Maiorca so you need to have a car to drive where you want to be and you can reach almost everything in 40 min.

Petra 2024

We rented the finca for our family holiday this year. It is a beautiful old house in a charming and characterful part of Mallorca. The owner was very helpful on the two or three occasions we spoke, including going to the trouble of listing the island’s best beaches and restaurants for us. The pool was kept clean throughout our stay and it was a pleasure to return ‘home’ and use it after a day trip. A truly memorable holiday.

Great villa in perfect location

Petra is a wonderful town, with lots of cafes & restaurants. Villa (put put) is a short walk from town centre which we did most evenings. The villa had wonderful pool and spacious grounds. We had all we required including bbq, washing machine and coffee machine. The manager visited a few times and was very helpful and informative. Fabulous stay. Only suggestion would be Sky or Netflix or English channels on TV

The house and grounds were really lovely. The exterior is really well maintained. The interior is basic and traditional. Kitchen is small but impressively stocked with equipment. Beds and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. A couple of days after raising that the parasol was damaged on arrival, the owner came by with a beautiful local pastry and to check in. Location is pretty remote, very quiet with very little traffic. We were initially put off the idea of walking into petra as there is no footpath, but there is so little traffic it was absolutely fine. If anything, we under-used Petra itself and should have spent more time there. There is a train station nearby which will take you into Palma in an hour - very reasonable fare, too.Overall, lovely, quiet, clean, peaceful.One bit of feedback is that it would have been good to have some more information on the local area, places to see and things to do,train times etc.

Charming traditional Finca

We had a very pleasant stay in Finca Es Puput. It has fantastic outdoor space - a covered gazebo with dinning area, beautiful lawn and swimming pool right on your door step, which is all immaculate. Interior wise the property is quite rustic with traditional fixtures and fittings. However, it did serve all our needs although it could benefit from some updating in certain areas. Location wise it is very close to the village which has several restaurants and a small supermarket. It is very rural so you will need a car to travel to any of the more tourist areas such as Palma, Alcubierre and Polencia. All in all we had a very enjoyable week in Finca es Puput.

Sehr angenehm ruhige Lage,tolles Anliegen,netter Vermieter,danke nochmal für das leckere Geschenk.Wichtige Sachen schnell erreichbar.Einkaufen ,Apotheken, Restaurant.Es Celler in Petra sehr empfehlenswert. Es war alles vorhanden was man auch für den Haushalt Brauch,ob Waschmaschine ,Fön, Geschirr,Besteck, Decken,Handtücher ,alles was man im Haushalt am Nötigsten Brauch.Waren sehr begeistert alles sehr gepflegt. Immer wieder gerne,auch mit Kinder bestimmt sehr toll.Fotos hätte ich gerne hochgeladen ging aber leider nicht...es ist ein Traum besonders abends ,wenn alles noch beleuchtet ist im Garten,der OlivenBaum der Pool

Frühling auf Mallorca

Sehr schöne Finca in der Nähe von Petra. Die Finca liegt schön ruhig in Fußläufigkeit zur Stadt. Von hier aus kann man schöne Ausflüge über die gesamte Insel unternehmen. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und auch die Küche ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man braucht. Sehr kleine Kaffeemaschine. Der Pelletofen im Wohnzimmer hat uns auch kühlere Abende genießen lassen. Schön gepflegtes, sauberes Grundstück. Leider konnten wir die Holzmöbel draußen nur bedingt nutzen, sie wurden am Tag unserer Anreise frisch geölt. Aber es gibt genug weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Miguel war ein aufmerksamer Vermieter, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Insgesamt war es sehr schön, der Vermieter sehr freundlich. Zwei Punkte gab es, die nicht so gut waren: Der Pool wurde nicht gereinigt und es gab fast jeden Tag ein Feuer irgendwo in der Nähe, so dass man sich teilweise nicht draußen aufhalten konnte.
