The house was clean and in a great area. The pool was amazing! Check in was smooth and easy and the host checked in on us a few times. That means so much.

I feel scammed! Rented this property to help celebrate my child’s birthday while attending a camp in the area. Wasn’t told about the property issues until finding them myself, such as not to flush toilet paper by a sign in the bathroom. Too many issues to list them all! Owner never addressed the more serious problems. Here are a few - twice had strangers in the backyard with no warning, freezer not working, broken workbench, inaccessible bonus area due to dumped dirty couches waiting for pickup plus no circulation or AC or windows to help air flow, outdoor fireplace didn’t work, broken safety windows, slider off track and unable to fully close let in bugs everyday, etc… Talked with VRBO everyday. Even they couldn’t get ahold of them all week.

I'm sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Throughout your reservation, I remained available and responded to every concern that was brought to my attention. Regarding the backyard, the individuals you saw were maintenance personnel who briefly accessed the exterior of the property to address reported issues and help improve your stay. The freezer was functioning, and the outdoor fireplace simply required the propane tank to be turned on. The bonus area is an unfinished storage space and is not advertised as a living area or guest amenity. Whenever a concern was reported, I worked to address it as quickly as possible. I respectfully disagree with the statement that I was unreachable, as I remained in communication throughout your stay and made every effort to assist. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience.
