Great Condo unit. Very clean. Close to everything - lots of things within walking distance. People staying in other units super friendly - heated pool was a nice bonus.

Home was in good condition. The outdoor living space was the best part of the apartment. Pool area is also nice. Keycode did not work on arrival. Luckily a security person at facility was near and opened up key lock box so that we could get in. Contact person, Sarah, was quick to respond to texts and was able to get our keycode entry to work by the next day.

The host and Owner were very nice, but the place is very dark. Light only comes through the patio door and a couple of very small windows, so it is dark much of the day. The mattress was some sort of hard foam and was extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were also not comfortable. The bathroom countertops are very low and the kitchen is quite small. I would not want to stay here for a long period of time.

We’re glad to hear you found the host and owner to be nice, though we’re sorry to hear the home didn’t fully meet your preferences. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to provide the following context: -The home faces north and features a garden patio, creating naturally shaded conditions that help keep the unit cool in the desert summer. It also includes overhead fixtures, lamps, and natural light to provide a well-lit space throughout the day, as shown in our listing photos. -Comfort can be very personal, and the home is equipped with a Tempur-Pedic hypoallergenic mattress, along with over 20 pillows of varying firmness (extras in closets). We appreciate your feedback. -The bathroom countertops are standard contractor height, and the kitchen is a galley-style layout designed for functionality. It is fully equipped for cooking, with ample counter space and storage. Thanks for your valuable feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
