Excellent location and felt safe

Very clear and accurate description of the property. Easy access to Old Town. Steps away from shopping and restaurants. Felt very safe for a family.

Great area to stay if you have a rental car because it’s close to everything. Camelback hike is a 5 minute drive and national parks are under an hour away. The rental was fine, and I only say that due to some lack of updates that could be done. The rental manager was quick to reply and easy to communicate with and it did seem like they are working on updating some things, so I would guess that it’s going to get even better. They provided plenty of towels and supplies that are needed for a rental, but there was some wet spots in the ceiling and seemed like there was some plumbing issues (the toilets made a really loud squeak noise after flushing).

Spacious quiet clean condo

Rental condo with a few nice touches: some books, plenty of hangers, comfortable beds, and a kitchen better equipped than usual. Decor impersonal. Management responded promptly when we requested an extra blanket. Good for short stays, less so for longer ones: other than the living room table, no other table to work on. Could have used some outside furniture. Checkin/checkout is a breeze. Convenient shaded parking.

Condo was in good condition and clean. Owner was responsive and very easy to work with throughout the process. Location was close to Fashion Square, and within walking distance to many restaurants and Old Town.

We had a great family experience!

We will for sure come back. The pool is nice, a bit small but it's great for an afternoon swim. The house was absolutely perfect for our family and in a great location. Everything is so close! Kitchen has everything you need. I recommend staying for more then 3 nights because you won't want to leave.
