Each stay is supported by professional cleaning to ensure a consistently high standard.
• Cleaning concerns must be reported within 6 hours of check-in
• Guests must allow us the opportunity to rectify any issues
• If a cleaning solution is declined, refunds cannot be offered
Additional cleaning required due to excessive mess or damage will be charged at $50 per hour, with damages assessed separately.

Items left behind can be held for up to two weeks. Collection can be arranged, or items posted at the guest’s expense.
