The host was unresponsive for up to 30 minutes after check in who then told us that we couldn’t check in at the original location. We were then sent to three separate locations that were all double booked, which we walked towards and were walking around Osaka for an hour before the host gave us another place to stay at an upgrade. It did little to soothe the annoyance of our group.
