This rental is right on Ali'i Drive, an oceanfront road that leads right into downtown Kailua-Kona. Just over two miles from the condo, you'll be in the heart of Kona where you can enjoy oceanfront drinks and dining at local favorites like Huggo's! The entire area offers shopping, biking, and walking while never losing sight of the ocean. Kona Bali Kai

Very clean place and we loved the view of the ocean! Perfect size for just two people. The place came prepared for you with a lot of dishes, beach stuff, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is very clean and comfortable. To see and hear the ocean everyday made it difficult to leave. The condo building has easy access via foot to shopping, food eateries, and the beaches. The on-site Vacasa team is extremely helpful.

First, the internet didn’t work and no one would come fix it. One lamp in the bedroom had to be taken away for repair. The balcony was slanting down and made me nervous to be on. Second, there was only air conditioning in the living room so the bedroom was too hot. There was a fan but sounded like a jet engine when turned on. The bedroom TV didn’t work at all.

Terrific location and lovely ocean view. Best Poke in the region right across the street. Walk to beaches, snorkling, restaurants. Clean and pretty well equipped. Well worth the three floor walk up!
