This spacious three bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, one-level home with its own dock and float is a peaceful and private haven only minutes from the activities in town and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. A perfect base for kayaking and canoeing, the property`s expansive lawn looks out on the Sheepscot River and is across from the end of Indiantown Island that has trails maintained by the Boothbay Region Land Trust. Relax in the fireplaced living room or play games with the family in the large sunroom. The fully-equipped kitchen seats six, or eat outside at the picnic table so you can watch the osprey circling overhead. The large yard is ideal for a game of catch or croquet, or for simply relaxing with a book and watching for passing boats and seals.

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.

This property is dog-friendly. Reservations are subject to a $200 nonrefundable pet fee upon booking.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation without prior approval.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
• Waterfront/dock use (if applicable) is at your own risk and may require an additional waiver.
• Up to two (2) pets are permitted with prior approval. A non-refundable $200 pet fee applies per reservation. Guests traveling with a pet must notify Sea Maine Vacation Rentals prior to arrival so we can confirm approval. Pets arriving without prior approval are considered unauthorized and are subject to a minimum $500 unauthorized pet fee, additional cleaning or damage charges, and may result in cancellation of the reservation. ADA-compliant service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
