Unwind, connect, and create lifelong memories with a stay at our historic home in Boothbay Harbor. Originally built in 1886, our home boasts incredible views of Lobster Cove and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full laundry room, and well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, Xbox, and a selection of yard and board games.

Situated within easy reach of the shopping and restaurant district of downtown Boothbay Harbor and just steps away from Barrett Park with access to the beach, swimming, and water activities.

** Please understand before making your reservation that you are renting the entire main house. There is an apartment above the garage with separate access which is occupied by a mature couple who serve as caretakers for the property. There are no shared living spaces on the property.**

Great cottage

We loved our stay in Boothbay. The cottage was clean and comfortable, location was ideal, easy walk into town and to the park. Everything was fantastic, would highly recommend.

Awesome location and super cute!!

We loved our stay here! Great location to Boothbay harbor attractions, restaurants and parks. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch taking in views of the water while we drank our morning coffee. Our host was super helpful and we are glad we took his recommendation to walk into town.

Great house!

We have been going to Boothbay Harbor for over 25 years and have rented houses all over the peninsula. This by far one of the best we have stayed at. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting and extended stay close to town.

Comfy stay in Boothbay

We found the house to be super clean and very comfortable! The home was very well stocked including kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and board games and coloring books for the kids. The location is great with a short walk to town and even shorter walk to free trolley. Highly recommend staying here!

Idyllic Retreat

Gorgeous location on the shore of Lobster Cove. Comfortable home with terrific views from the lovely deck and sun filled rooms. Ideal for couples or a family. Quiet block, but an easy walk to the center of town. We recommend it highly.

Fantastic Stay

This property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, up to date with modern appliances, clean linens and towels. It was well stocked. Beautiful view of the cove from the front deck. My grandchildren loved being near Barrett Park. Property contact was prompt with answers. A very relaxing stay. We would definitely book again.

Great location off the main drag. Perfect if you have a pet. House is vintage Maine coast. The deck is shady most of the day which was very nice on the hot days. Plenty of parking and nice neighbors.

Perfect New England coastal stay

We rented this charming New England home for two couples and a teenager for events in Boothbay Harbor related to a 50th anniversary celebration. We all loved the direct views of the water from the front porch, the easy walk into downtown and the thoughtful touches the property manager left in the house: Extra toothpaste! Fully stocked kitchen including coffeemaker and air fryer! Plenty of towels and beach towels! They also keep a kayak and standup paddleboard handy for those who want to get on the water. There was not one time where I thought “I wish they had this” because they thought of everything!
