Founded in August 2017, The Palacio Properties is a minority-owned, woman-
owned hospitality company delivering high-end short-term stays in prime locations with
a true home-like feel. We focus on what travelers care about most: comfortable king
beds, soft linens and pillow options, family-friendly items for little ones, accessible
features where available, fully stocked kitchens, TVs, and thoughtful touches like
complimentary coffee and creamer—plus the essentials that make travel easy.

From foster care to CEO, Jia built her career in real estate operations
early—senior management by 20, AVP by 27, and later Vice President of Operations at
an asset management company in Scottsdale, AZ. After 25 years in executive

Jia also brings a unique advantage: she has traveled extensively and stayed in
short-term rentals around the world—so she understands the guest experience
