Beautiful, quiet retreat in the white mountains. Spent a week here with my family, and it was idyllic. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly mornings. The fire pit was excellent for gathering in the evenings.

Our property is a unique private compound designed to comfortably host large gatherings with plenty of room for everyone to relax and have fun. The compound includes a main house, a detached casita, and a two-story garage with a game room and a separate apartment, all centered around a private courtyard.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 16+):
Bunk Room (Sleeps 8): A fun-filled room with two full beds, each with a twin bunk above, plus a twin trundle and a separate twin bed.
Master Bedroom: A luxurious private retreat for ultimate comfort.
Solarium Bedroom: A beautiful room with serene views of the surrounding pine trees.
Detached Casita: For ultimate privacy, this separate building features a queen bed and its own bathroom.
Upstairs Apartment (Sleeps 4): Located above the garage, this space is perfect for a small family or couple seeking their own area.

Entertainment & Relaxation:
Movie Theater: Enjoy a cinematic experience in the dedicated theater room, complete with a large entertaining bar for drinks and snacks.
