The Space:

Set high on 28 acres of peaceful bushland and rolling paddocks, the main house at Razorback Ridge offers a luxurious retreat with breath taking views across the hinterland to the ocean.



This dual level, five bedroom home is designed to impress, with soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and a light filled layout that flows seamlessly from indoors to out. The open plan living area features a cozy fireplace, dining space for the whole group, and a well equipped galley kitchen. The master bedroom on the lower level includes a private ensuite and direct access to the rear deck.



Upstairs, four more bedrooms are tucked at either end of the home, offering flexible accommodation for up to 10 guests. Outside, you’ll find a private pool, BBQ area, and an elevated deck perfect for sunset dining or morning coffee in the fresh mountain air.



Thoughtful extras include air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine, indoor fireplace, outdoor fir pit, BBQ utensils, and plenty of space for families or friends to unwind together.



Firewood is supplied for the first night. If you plan to use the fireplace or outdoor firepit and you think you may need more firewood, your host can arrange more to be supplied so it is at the property when you arrive. Cost is $20 per bag.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the main house, including all five bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. You’ll also have exclusive use of the swimming pool, outdoor dining deck, BBQ area, and surrounding gardens.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked between Montville and Hunchy, the home is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Just 15 minutes from Montville’s charming main street, you’ll find boutique shops, cafés, galleries, and breathtaking lookouts nearby. Local wineries, waterfalls, bushwalks, and the iconic Kondalilla Falls are all within a short drive.



Getting Around:

A car is essential to fully enjoy the area and access the property. There’s free on site parking for multiple vehicles, and the roads to the property are sealed and easy to navigate.
