Light and bright, renovated lowset home within easy walking distance to the patrolled surf beach. Just up the road from the Sports Club, gym and swimming pool – this is the perfect base for a family beachside holiday. 6 Larapinta Court is in a fantastic location and is perfect for the kids as well as the whole family being all on one level.
Embrace the indoor-outdoor living lifestyle with open plan spaces and the modern kitchen overlooking the spacious lounge and outdoor space. Enjoy relaxing in the huge under cover patio area which also boasts a TV and you can cook up a storm on the gas bbq located in this outdoor living space.
Guests have their own space with the master bedroom boasting and ensuite whilst the remaining two bedrooms share the main bathroom with shower and vanity as well as a separate toilet.
Totally relax in the comfortable living area with large, flat screen TV and ceiling fan.
Tiled throughout which gives the whole property a relaxed, beachy feel.
Property features include:
* Open plan kitchen, dining and living area
* Kitchen has microwave and full oven
* Ceiling fans throughout
* Beautiful outdoor entertainment area with outdoor furniture
* Gas BBQ
* Laundry with washing machine and dryer
* Double carport (tandem) + plenty of room for a boat off the street
Pets are welcome, outdoors only. Property is fully fenced.
*No access to the locked shed at the end of the carport.

Sleeps six in two x queen size beds and two x single beds.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.
