We had a restful stay in the unit. It was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The listing was for a unit on the 20th floor. However the host indicated that the unit had flooded and was able to accommodate us on on 10th floor.We visited in late February and stayed 2 nights. We appreciated the underground parking as it was snowing the first night we arrived. The underground parking was down a ramp behind the building.The host was prompt in his communications.

Sadly this building and suite are lacking. Owner was unresponsive (or rude). The living room TV is totally useless, outdated and unable to connect to the internet. Kitchen barely supplied. If you want to cook, this is not your place. If you’re scared of big dogs, this not your place. If you want a quiet sleep, this is not your place. If you expect a kind and responsive host, this is definitely not your place. But if you’re there to party in a cheap and bland place with no television or streaming, this is your place. Go oilers go.

Hi We take feedback seriously, but we do need to clarify several inaccuracies in this review. Communication was consistent throughout your stay, and we responded to your messages promptly. The TV and WiFi are both fully functional, and connection details were provided prior to arrival as well as in the house manual. We did not receive any message from you during your stay indicating you were unable to connect, and we would have been happy to assist right away. Our kitchen is stocked according to the listing description, and many guests have had no issues preparing meals. Regarding noise and other concerns mentioned, these have not been raised by other guests and are not reflective of the typical experience at the property. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns in real time.

Very frustrating check-in experience.We arrived after the stated 4 PM check-in window (early morning due to travel) and followed the instructions, but were unable to access the unit because the buzzer requires someone to grant entry. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing or check-in details.When the host eventually responded, we were told it was “not appropriate” to check in that late and that their assistant “doesn’t answer the buzzer after 12am” — which directly contradicts the “check-in anytime after 4 PM” instructions.We ultimately had to find other accommodations and are currently working through a refund, which the host has declined so far.If you plan to arrive late, confirm access ahead of time.Otherwise, the lobby (from what we could see) and the outside of the building looked clean.
