This inviting mountain escape is ideal for families and friends looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the best of Big Bear year-round. Spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light while framing stunning mountain views and overlooking the expansive decks, creating the perfect setting for your mountain getaway.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1,900+ sq ft home featuring a comfortable living room with ample seating, smart TV, dining table, and wood/gas fireplace. It's the perfect place to gather and unwind by the fire after a day on the slopes or mountain trails.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, private bath with shower only and deck access. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom double/twin bunkbed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES – The game room features separate access from the main house and is fully heated, offering a ping pong table, pool table, wet bar, bathroom and direct deck access. The home is equipped with smart TVs with streaming apps, fast WiFi, board games, and card games for added entertainment. Additional conveniences include a laundry area with a side-by-side washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as a highchair and portable crib.

OUTDOORS - Take in serene forest views whether you're sipping morning coffee or unwinding in the evening breeze, the outdoor space invites you to soak up Big Bear's tranquil beauty.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
