Built in 2021, this spacious four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home features central air conditioning and heating, a two car garage, and high end finishes throughout. The main living area includes an open concept layout with large windows that frame direct lake and forest views, creating a warm and inviting space for gathering. The living room is equipped with an eighty five inch Sony Smart TV, and all four bedrooms include Smart TVs for easy streaming.
The upper deck is ideal for enjoying the mountain lifestyle and includes a gas barbecue, comfortable lounge seating, and a fire pit. After a day of outdoor activities, relax in your private outdoor hot tub while taking in the crisp mountain air and scenic surroundings.
The home is conveniently located near Boulder Bay Park, local restaurants, and a nearby market, while still offering a quiet and secluded setting.

Located in one of Big Bear Lake’s most desirable neighborhoods, Boulder Bay, this approximately two thousand one hundred square foot custom home was designed for comfort and relaxation. The gourmet kitchen features modern appliances and opens directly to the living room, making it perfect for family meals and group gatherings.
Large windows throughout the home showcase uninterrupted views of the lake, boulders, forest, and mountains. Multiple outdoor decks provide a peaceful setting for morning coffee, evening grilling, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
After a day on the mountain, the private hot tub offers the perfect way to unwind under the stars.
All four bedrooms feature scenic views of the lake, boulders, and National Forest.

GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
Maximum occupancy is ten guests. Over occupancy is not permitted under any circumstances.
Parking is limited to a maximum of four vehicles. Parking is allowed only in the driveway and garage. Street parking, yard parking, and overflow parking are not permitted, including trailers.
During winter months, four wheel drive vehicles and or snow chains are required.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
The reservation holder must be at least twenty one years old and must present a matching government issued photo ID and credit card at check in.
All guests are required to sign the City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy, which is mandatory for all short term rentals. After your reservation is accepted, please provide your email address so the document can be sent via DocuSign. The document must be signed and returned within twenty four hours to avoid cancellation.
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loud music, DJs, parties, and events are not permitted at any time. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from ten PM to seven AM.
Violations of noise rules may result in fines, removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. If neighbors are disturbed, Lifetime Retreats LLC reserves the right to require guests to vacate the property without refund.
Guests may not exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit. A one thousand dollar fine will be charged for unapproved additional guests.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations may result in forfeiture of the security deposit and additional charges up to two thousand five hundred dollars for damage or odor remediation.
The home is equipped with central air conditioning and heating. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
Pets may be approved on a case by case basis only. An additional one hundred fifty dollar cleaning fee will apply and will be requested after reservation approval.
For city compliance, the outdoor lights and hot tub automatically shut off at ten PM. Use of the hot tub after ten PM is not permitted and may result in a fifty dollar fine.
Guests are responsible for completing a walkthrough upon arrival and reporting any existing damage. Any damage caused during the stay, including damage from misuse of appliances or equipment, will be charged to the guest.

CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS
At checkout, please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle. Do not overfill the dishwasher. Large or bulky items should be washed by hand.
