🕒 Same-Day & Last-Minute Bookings
To allow time for proper cleaning and preparation, we require at least one day’s notice for new bookings.

Please note:
A 3:00 PM check-in is not guaranteed for same-day or last-minute reservations, particularly if another guest is departing that morning.
Guests with advance bookings are prioritised for check-in availability.

🕓 Early Check-In
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.

If the apartment is ready earlier, we’ll happily let you know.
For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before (subject to availability).
As this is a private apartment and not a hotel, we’re unable to offer alternative rooms. When there is a same-day departure, our housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the space.

🕙 Late Check-Out
Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Late check-out may be available depending on our cleaning schedule.
Please enquire by 8:00 PM the night before departure to check availability.
Check-outs after 12:00 PM will incur an additional night’s charge, payable via the booking app prior to departure.
If late check-out is not confirmed, the standard check-out time will apply.

To help you settle in, we provide complimentary starter supplies, including:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and tissues.

Please note these are starter items and may not last for the duration of longer stays. Please feel free to contact us if any of the supplies need to be replenished.

👶 Portacot & High Chair
Available upon request.
For hygiene and safety reasons, linens and mattresses are not provided for the portacot.
A padded base mat is included. We recommend bringing your own baby linens and mattress.


🚫 Parties & Events
Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
