Maintenance came very quickly when the ice maker broke. The pool is lovely on a chilly day. The main problem is the small bathrooms. They could use some shelves at least.Everyone was super kind. Thank you for the opportunity.

The house was perfect for our large family gathering. It was well appointed with very comfortable furniture, beds, and plenty of seating and adequate off street parking for our out of town guests.. The pool was a welcome perk. Family members took every advantage to enjoy the beach, surf fishing, and fine weather. While we highly recommend the property. There were some inadequacies: Communications with Bryant Real Estate were ok but they were not very helpful in setting up a time to tour the property in advance. More advance notice of what amenities guests should bring, such as toiletries, would have been helpful since bathrooms were only supplied with tiny bars of hand soap. While kitchen appliances were first rate, kitchen utensils, especially pots and pans, need to be refreshed as most pots did not have lids that fit.
