Pier Gazers' location is as amazing as the property’s features. The beach access to KB is just 45 steps from the pool gate. Take a stroll down the newly built boardwalk on Atlantic Ave. Just 1 block from the Kure Beach Fishing Pier, restaurants, and shopping.

Spectacular panoramic views abound in this stunning Ocean view home which is part ocean front complex and 1 house back from the beach. Easy beach access as this home is just 45 steps to the beach with beach access directly in front of the home. Deemed as A+ construction by New Hanover bldg. inspector. Enjoy the in-ground seasonal pool (May 1-Sept 30) when you want to enjoy some non-beach activities. Fully functioning elevator replaced in 2018...Many in KB are not allowing people to ride the elevators.

• Each master suite bathroom has curved glass block shower walls, soaking tubs, luxurious oversized tiled showers (with rain shower head, hand held shower head & multiple jets in the wall!), granite counters, Smart T.V.s and king-sized beds.
• Also, on the 2nd floor are front loading washing and dryers (Laundry detergent included)


The 1st floor has two additional bedrooms - one set up as a bunk room with 4 twin beds and the 4th bedroom is a private bedroom with queen bed. In addition, the 1st floor has a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower

All TV's are SMART TV's and has streaming services for Hulu, NetFlix, Disney plus. No cable.

The garage is a completely stocked beach closet so that you do not need to haul all that oversized beach stuff with you. We are providing 12 chairs (8 are Tommy Bahama chairs, a beach wagon, wheeled cooler that holds over 70 drinks, 4 bogie boards, 2 sun umbrellas, bocce balls, and sand toys for the kids. Plus a refrigerator for extra storage.

Use the outdoor (hot) shower to rinse off prior to using the pool or clearing the sand from all of your belongings. Looking to do some grilling for dinner simply pull the provide gas grill out from the garage.

Given the small size of the complex and the fact that the other units are owner occupied, this unit is not for people looking to have loud parties. This home is ideal for folks looking for a nice family vacation & having a great time at a wonderful NC Beach!

This is a non-smoking and pet-free property.

LINENS-
You may choose to bring your own linens, please note there are 2 king beds, a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa and 4 twin beds and pack accordingly. There is a blanket per bed in each closet. Please bring bath and beach towels also.

You may rent sheets and towels for the house by contacting a company we will provide after confirmation. 2023 rates are set by the linen company:

King, Queen, and Sleeper will be $40
Twins will be $30
This brings the total for your linen package to $280.

-Your packet will have instructions to your unit and the unit's address, along with keys and parking passes (if needed).
