Located in a secure complex is this fresh light, stylish and modern first floor apartment. Fully air-conditioned and tiled throughout. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with built-in robes and large open plan living with good size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The wrap-around balcony is HUGE, great for entertaining and facing lush green tropical gardens. Undercover parking, large pool in complex. All just a hop and a skip to the Cairns Esplanade and City Centre.
Situated on the first floor in the Villa Sanur Complex, this unit is filled with natural light and oozes character. A single flight of stairs transcends you to your front door . Once inside you are aware of the space and light that surrounds you . This is an exceptional space , with an abundance of storage , living and entertaining areas. The apartment is designed to capture cooling breezes to provide an airy living environment . The wrap around balcony is a beauty to behold , where else to while - away those balmy tropical evenings. Close to every amenity that the City has to offer.

This secure, gated apartment complex is located in Parramatta Park, within walking distance to Cairns Esplanade and the city centre. Quiet residential neighborhood with cafes. bars, restaurants, public transport nearby.
The complex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, please respect other residents and don`t make excessive noise before 7am and/or after 9pm. You can enter the complex from either Upward Street or Nellie Street (from Nellie street gate/entrance is where your undercover allocated carport is).
The complex is accessible from/via Upward Street (19 Upward Street) and Nellie Street as well. Nellie Street is a very short street and the complex is at the end of the street to the left hand side, marked as `Villa Sanur` 19 Upward Street.
The allocated carpark (#11) is accessible through the Nellie Street car gate (remote will be left in the apartment for you) and the unit is also closer from this gate than from the Upward Street gate.
Pedestrian gate codes are the same for both Upward Street & Nellie Street side gates. Code will be sent to you prior to your arrival.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
